Thank You!
When I’m not seeing my clients and learning about natural health, I’m developing resources that can help the world make natural choices to fully optimize their health.
I appreciate your support.
The Journey
Looking back on my journey, there are a few moments in time that I’d give credit to “the start” of my interest in the human body.
The gifts of toy medical gadgets, a reflexology chart to go along with the frequent foot massages I performed on my father, and my mother’s career as an RN are fond memories. That lead to an elementary school science fair project that studied whether or not listening to music improves test scores and the speech I wrote about massages and gave at competitive speech tournaments across North Dakota.
I’m told at the age of five I declared myself a “teacher or doctor” when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. Little did I know, I’d enjoy my place as both.
I chose a coneflower to represent my business because of its importance in my life. It’s a beautiful staple found on the prairies in North Dakota and my grandmother seemed to use it to remedy nearly every problem for those closest to her. She likely learned it from her grandparents and their Native Americans friends who used what nature provided to heal and I’m grateful for the opportunity to carry on their memory.
As of 2021, I’ve spent more than a decade helping clients find answers to their health questions in a natural health practice. I have learned from incredible doctors, and work alongside some of the best to help my clients live fully after health setbacks.
